The Union Jack Club

We had the pleasure of staying at The Union Jack Club in London, a premier Armed Forces club offering accommodation, meeting venues, and food and drink for ex and serving members of the Armed Forces as well as their friends and family. We stayed an luxury apartment on the 9th floor and as you can see, the views were extraordinary. I have never seen London from this high up at night time and I could've spend hours on that balcony just watching,

Overall, the accommodation was spectacular, the bedrooms were spotless and each bed had these cute Union flag cushions, We struggled to get up in the morning because the bed was that comfy but watching the sunrise over the city was enough to persuade us.

With Luke having served in the Royal Navy, he is now a member of the Union Jack Club and we have decided that when we stay in London we will try and use the Union Jack Club accommodation as it was so impressive.

For anyone currently or having served in the Armed Forces I would highly recommend staying here. Although, being a meagre civvy, I did feel like I was going to get drilled walking through reception, you can spot a soldier a mile off no matter how old they are and some of the stern looks I got whilst singing along to the radio were enough to make me stop, not that I blame them, I'm not the best singer.
